Dear forum mebers,
In USP35 NF 30, general chapter<2022>, test for absence of Clostridium
species says catalase test to be done using "dilute hydrogen peroxide
solution".Can anyone please guide "dilute" means what is the percentage
concentration of hydrogen peroxide to use?
Also, what percentage of hydrogen peroxide is generally recommended for
catalse test of anaerobes.
