There are several options for either monitoring the compressed gas lines for microbial content or particles. Each have their own nuances, particles require a clean flow path and depressurization is via critical orifice, several are used to balance pressure within the chanber. For microbial sampling a similar path is undertaken, but one should also consider the stresses on microbial activity.
