After President Trump assailed C.D.C. guidelines on reopening schools, Vice
President Mike Pence said the agency would issue new ones next week.

The announcement came as scientists grapple with rising concerns about
transmission of the coronavirus in indoor spaces
So the advice of the CDC will not only be discounted but will be subjected
to political interference. Perhaps as the risks of the COVID-19 pandemic
are growing in some regions of the US the revised guidance will be stricter.
