Hello Everyone,
I have a question about sample potency when running antibiotic assays. I understand that the formula for sample potency is the concentration of the sample multiplied by the dilution factor and then divided by the sample weight. My question is if this formula is unit specific. For example I have to report my final results as %w/w, but I cannot get the units to cancel out. Are the units relevant when running this formula?
