Hi all,
Have any one used the Swab test kit from Remel (HPC, Coliform and
the Y/M swabs) for surface monitoring?. What kind of recoveries have you
got when compared to controls during method validation?. The organisms used
are Sa, Ec, Psa, Bs, Can and An. Did you find any interference in counting
your recoveries when using this swab test kit?. I am also comparing it to
the Calgiswab (Calcium Alginate swab), any information is greatly
appreciated.

Sincerely,

Carmen A. Geise
