Passing along a question for the group from a colleague:

The following question has come up re:  Corp. Standard for Media Fills
*       Is it acceptable, when reading a media fill using less than clear
bottles, to pour out only part (but not all) of the contents into a clear
container to read the media unit?
*       What about when the bottles hold 240 - 320 mL?
*       What are the practices at other facilities?
