Richard/Scott,
If you are using bottles that are not clear for your media fill, it would
be wise to empty the entire contents (after vigorously shaking the bottle
to remove any molds that may be adhering to the inner wall of the bottle).
After emptying the contents, the analyst should view the inside of the
bottle through the neck opening.  This would be the only way to guarantee
that you have no mold growth adhering to the inner walls of the bottle.
