Hi Andersen,

There can never be any other opinion than "Microbiology is a work of
patience & time....no human pressures can make micro-organisms grow as you
want". Secondly, "time" and "to be completed as of yesterday" does not blend
well with "Quality" nor they go parallel. If one plans out the
microbiological work/program well I don't think 24/7/365 days is required to
be implemented. Planning gives relaxations and better reasons to wake up the
next day.
