I'm not sure a "major" habitat can be offered for all microbes.  Bergey's,
review articles and sources identified for ATCC isolates might be instructive.

Can anyone help me find an online web site that allows me to know where
the major habitat of certain organism are?
Specifically
Chryseobacterium indologenes =
Paenibacillus macerans
