I presume you are talking about Preservative Efficacy Test (Anti-microbial
Effectiveness Testing) wherein you use five organisms viz. E. coli, P.
aeruginosa, S. aureus, C. albicans and A. niger.



If yes please let me know and I will share my experience with you.
