Dear colleagues,

We are doing Gramicidin assay by turbidometric method using E.hirae. Somes times OD values for Standards (S1 to S5) are not consistant, the OD of the higher side values are more than the median dose (S3, 0.04 ug/mL ).

If someone performing the same turbidimetric assay, I would like to know which doses are suggested to be into the linear zone.

Thanks in advance,

Dr. D.V.Rao
