You may try Densimat instrument from BIOSAN or Bio-meriux. I have been
getting reproducible results using this instrument but the calibration of
this instrument is very difficult and for that you need to refer Practical
Medical Microbiology 13 th edition edited by J.G. Collee, J.P. Duguid, A.G.
Fraser, B.P. Marmion
