As per European pharmacopeia it is recommended to use Zygosaccharomyces
rouxii in Antimicrobial effectiveness /preservative efficacy testing of
oral preparation containing high concentration of sugar.
I would like to know any reference/any experience within team for cut
off value of % of sugar and which type of sugars are screened for?
Thanks & Regards,
For Pinakin Shah
