Dear sir,

In my Organization practice,
For Compressed Air conditions are 3days at  20-25°C first followed by 2days
at 30-35°C.as you are following.
For Nitrogen gas monitoring we collect 2 set of plates one set for aerobic
condition (3 days at 20-25°C first followed by 2days at 30-35°C).
other set for anaerobic condition.3 to 5 day at
30 to 35°C in anaerobic jar.
