Other sources besides corrigated might be wooden pallets ( or anything
wooden),  Excessive moisture  in the area.  Do your floor drains really drain?
What about your cleaning procedures for the facility.  Do they include a
disinfection step.  You might also check your materials of construction.

These are source of mold I have seen in API facilities that have had mold
problems.
