One type of water sampling device is the Milipore ESP sampling valve. It
allows water to flow from the device for sampling and is designed to
eliminate stagnant water. I have found these to work well. I have not used
other designs, some of which, I understand, employ a septum through which
the sample can be drawn.

Subject: [PMFLIST] Supplier of Water Sampling Hardware & Sterile
I am trying to recall the name of the manufacturer of stainless steel water
taps that are directly connected to the water line for collecting samples.
These taps barely extend from the line and have no stagnant water
The manufacturer I believe is Ion Pure or IsoLok. Can someone help me?
Also, I need a manufacturer of disposable, sterile gloves.
