Dear forum members, We have potassium tellurite anhydrous (sigma aldrich) and i want to prepare a sterile 1% potassium tellurite solution (1g in 100ml water) for preparation of several media. My question is, how to sterilizie this solution after preparation? I know we could filter the solution but we do not have any filtration at the moment. Can I just autoclave this solution? My concern is it is a toxic chemical. Thank you, Kim ================================= The nature of this service is to provide a medium for communication.
